me and the wife are about to go on a diet to cut basically
everything out and add in the right amounts of stuff.
I will stay away from the HFCS, anything else to keep in mind... ? I do take a 'mens daily' multivitamin..
At that height/weight, you're skinny fat. Just lift weights and the new gains should put you around a lean 175-180 within 3 months.
