Wow. Im kinda new at this whole cutting weight issue, but i think ive got a pritty good plane for my self anyways. Like the guy above me said get close to your weight and maintain it, but some guys cannot do that or just dont want to. My wight fluctuates at about 192-204 every day, its freaking hilarious...okay anyways, I am taking heavy suppliments including ethyl ester creatine,(which by the way kicks ass). I drink ALOT of water in a day, thats mostly the weight difference. On a day that i piss kind of yellow, i weigh in at about 193 and on a day when its clear 204. So you get what im tryn to say. So last week i conducted a personal expiriment...I took three days, dieted, and drank alot of coffee. At the end of day 3, i was 179, from 193. Uh huh. Im tryn to play around with this just to see what i can do with my body. On day 4 i felt like shit, but i rehydrated and felt about 80%. (added note) I re-weighed in at 189 24 hrs after my official weigh in) Its pritty nuts. As i do more experiments ill update but its a great thing to start doing i think anyways, I could have a fight in 2 weeks, and i would need to make weight.
Some additional info. Im 6'2 Med build, packing alot of lean muscle lately. 205 is what i walk around at when im hydrated and ready to go. I want to pack another 10lbs and then cut to 185. If i can do that and rehydrate successfully i think i will make a log book and put it up on this site.
