So right now I'm about 180 lbs and 15 % bodyfat. In around a month I'll have to cut down to 171 or so, and stay near enough to that to be able to make weight once or twice a week for around 3 months. Anyone have any tips as to what I could do to make maintaining this easier? I'll be working out hard for 2 - 2 1/2 hours a day on weekdays and running on the weekends. I'll also be working some more light meats like chicken and fish into my diet and avoiding carb-heavy foods when I can. Anything else I could do?
