First off, you need to be eating a large amount of calories per day. I suggest at the very least 3,000 a day, and you should be breaking that up into 5-6 meals throughout the day. As far as what to eat, focus on eating LEAN proteins(fish, chicken, etc), whole grain foods, healthy carbs, LOTS of vegetables, and fruit. I would also start drinking more milk, and use milk with your protein shakes instead of water. Good luck have fun
