A few good ways to add calories and weight to your diet are as follow:
-drink 3-5 glasses of milk a day.
-add milk to your protein shakes
-set your alarm to 2 AM every day and drink a casein shake
-snack on almonds, cashews, avacados, and/or trail mix
-eat veggies at every meal
-eat protein at every meal
-eat lots of potatoes
-eat til you feel sick....then eat more
