Hey guys. I've been on working out 5 days a week for a couple months now. On the bike, deadlifts, pullups, chinups, presses, flys, situps, pushups, suicide runs, you name it. Obviously i'm trying to gain some weight here. I started off at about 186 pounds ( 6'2'') and i just weighed myself.. i'm down to 170. I eat a lot of chicken, fish, fruits, vegetable juice, wheat, and take about 30 grams of protein after my workouts. If i continue to workout, will the muscle gain begin to outbalance the weight loss or what?
