So I know this isn't really mma related but here goes. I just got recruited to compete at the World Dragonboat Championships in Malaysia in august. I used to paddle and was provincial and national development team and always like top 10 at nationals. The thing is I haven't been in a kayak in over a year, and even though I'm still in good shape from working out and doing mma I'm still nowhere near what I used to be at. I'm just wondering what you guys do to keep yourself motivated and on the right track to training. Right now I hit the gym almost everyday but I still don't have that eye of the tiger mentality anymore. I want to know how I can go about getting it back before I compete in August. Any suggestions guys????
