Some advice to a new guy

Now i know very little about ufc but i was watching some videos and this ish is hardcore lol. I wanted to know if someone can recommend me a workout routine that i can do to get like a ufc type body. I already have workout experience and i am 6'5 200-205 lbs. So all the suggestions would be appreciated.

roughly what is your bf%? Are you tone, and cut already, or do you have some flab and manboobs? you want to gain some mass, or do you want to lose wieght and look like a greekgod ( or your "ufc fighter") Answer those quesitons and i will help you out....

lol u are funny as shit lol
but
im like 13% bf i have moderate definition (got a six pack) ummm

i guess i just want to have that body type and endurance of those fighters lol
i know it sounds childish but im 19 yrs old just incase you think im some 12 yr old lol

you probably wont like my answer... you will probably quit before you get endurance like a fighter... But if you are very serious about this and think you have it in you, then go to this wbesite and by this book.... and read the ****er from front to back and start working your ass off.
