One of my jiu jitsu teacher uses it and tells us to get it.

He makes us do a bit of the workouts sometime and it seemed pretty kick ass.

I think the program is awesome. For those who think its "stupid" or "flashy" its because you are probably comparing it to your excercises you do with instructors, or during certain classes. Its not so silly when your only motivation and instructor is the internet.

I travel about 40 weeks a year so a DVD for me is incredible. Just pop it into the laptop. I just do my workouts in the hotel with some strech bands and cary my yoga mat with me.

Its a lot more motivating than saying "Im gonna jog or bike 30 mins a day 5 days a week", or try using the workout room in the hotel.

With this program, no matter where I am I can see progress, I dont need to travel to and from the gym, and its properly set up so that I can motivate myself.

The results are damn good. I lost more weight doing this type of training than I did doing 50% jogging or biking. I look a lot better. Obviously for you fighters, you probably prefer having a better jab than defined abs but Im doing it to feel stronger and have more energy. It works for me.

I dont think anybody should knock it unless you've tried it.

Do I work for Ron Popeil or do I just enjoy P90X?
I cant believe i just wrote all this...

Hah, I was about to post here and ask this same question. I googled "p90x mma" and it lead me back here.

Anyway p90x is the shit IMO. The Plyo (especially if you modify it a little...my god), AB ripper...tears you up, Legs and back, and even Chest and back (apply plyo to the push ups...its over) is great.

Not to mention all the F&#(&* Pull ups/ pull up variations you do. Plenty of COMPOUND exercises found here, and Ignoring the stupid fancy names they give the exercises, this is a top notch workout that you can modify or definitely add some of these workouts to your routine and help intensify it and watch your skills grow.

I'm Not saying to you should pay $100+ for the program/workouts, but its definitely NOT CRAP and can help with your training. Ima shut it now because I sound like I'm advertising!

NOTE: Im no fighter yet, I'm just typing out what it makes me feel personally...
