anyone every use p90x??

Anyone training ever try p90x as a workout routine??? I use p90x in the morning and then do my jits in the afternoon.

actually i downloaded the whole vid series as well as the pdf programs and everything.....if you paid for it i really feel sorry for you...a couple of the programs aren't bad like the ab one but basically you'd be better off listening to the more experienced and learned members on the forum because it's the same stuff almost everyone does just with a flashy name

Of course i didn't pay for it. I really really enjoy the program though. After using it i feel good. Then going to jits and doing my stand up training at night. It's a good day. Not saying that it's for everyone, but i feel really good when i use it.

nowhere right now...i'm at the university of waterloo so money's tight and i haven't found a great mmma club to go to....i live in ottawa and train at Alpha MMA but mostly i spar with my buddy who's a boxer and do a bit of rolling here and there
