Best Calorie burning run?
Usually I run approximitly 1.5 - 2 miles a night.
I'm trying to lose the extra fat around my torso, and a just a little off my arms since thats all i have, and then i wanna start lifting and really building muscle,
during my run im usually jogging/running, and towards the end i try to sprint periodically maybe 2-3 times for about 15-20 yards each.
would doing pure sprinting be a better way to lose weight?
or should i just consistently jog/run?
at the moment that is my only exercise that im doing, since i don't have my gym membership yet, so is running alone going to allow me to lose the extra weight i have? im naturally fit, through 8 years of martial arts, that i recently stopped.
also, any advice on dieting to lose weight?
