C.Beeby has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Elevated pushups, plyo pushups, multi-clap pushups, weighted pushups (still bw ), Lunges, step ups, jump lunges, split squats, glute ham raises, back extensions, situps, high tension crunches, side crunches, chin ups, muscle ups (if you can do them).
