Swimming and treadmill. Hockey practice also helps my cardio when running/jogging around my block or skating in a game.

I HATE ALL CARDIO. But I know I have to do it so I do. and I think I do it better cause I have to force myself though it.

Have to say Treadmill, only way for me to really get the job done.. Run in the hills or swimming or whatever there is usually something that breaks your focus or koncentration. running on the treadmill is boring but its something that got to be done and you feel good after
