missing a workout and ate crappy today
Well today my girl and I decided to celebrate valentines day. So we went out for a nice dinner and all. Only problem was i ate a rather decent portion of pasta with italian sausage, and finished it off with a piece of apple strudel and ice cream. I also feel guilty cause tommorrow I will miss my ju jitsu class to go to see a monster truck thing with some friends of mine. I still plan to go workout at the gym in the morning, just have worked so hard to get down below 200 for myself and feel like oh damn why you eat all that crap.
