lol Damn you are describing the exact same circumstances in school I had word for word. The highest weight I ever got to in high school was I think 10 Stone and I was eating a ****load, really. I also was stuck at 9 stone for tiiiiime. You see I didn't realise you were in school, I take it high school and you are. . . 15-18? If so it's your metabolism, it's high. Totally normally for your age and your exercise activity (higher than average).
Don't sweat it. Don't mess your body around with different diets, supplements and lifting huge weights. At this point in time you need a ****load of nutrients that won't be as important when you have stopped growing. Note people in general can keep growing until they are 24-25 years old.
Just have a balanced diet of meat, fish, veg, fruit, pulses (ie different kinds of beans), rice, pasta, bread and dairy and try to eat at similar times everday. Variety is important. If you get hungry inbetween big meals (ie at school) take some fruit or some cereal (Cardboard/Nutrigrain etc) bars that you can eat inbetween classes and a water bottle so you can drink too. Also alot cheaper than the canteen and snack machines. ;] If anything have a bigger breakfast, before school. Your brain uses a shitload of calories, it needs fuel too even more so when you are actively using it in class.
Now I'm 27 I can put weight on alot easier. Seriously don't worry about it.
Also, that supplement costs what £32 (I found anyways from a quick search on uk sites) for what would be 15-16 days worth. I could get ALOT of decent food from that above list for that. From the grocers at the top of the road I can get 7 apples, 7 oranges, 7 plums, 7 banana's and a bunch of grapes for about £5.50. I can get 6 lean pork chop for about £6.50 and 3 big lean beef steaks for £6, salmon fillets for less, 5 kilo's of quality rice for about £8-10, 20 eggs for about £2. Which do you think is the better option? ;]
[EDIT] - Try and get more sleep too. I know you won't want too lol, but try aim for 7-8 hours at a regular time. You build and repair your muscles mostly when you are asleep. Also guess what burns more calories, when you are awake or asleep? More time awake = less time for your muscles to build and repair and
less fuel to actually do the activity of repair.
