There's only one that I know specifically, but he says he's going to compete in MMA, and I can't wait to see him get screwed in the cage. The dude is huge, and so slow it's hilarious. I honestly tried to inform him and help him out, but he couldn't care less about what I had to say. Oh well, ignorant people, right?
I would be interested in seeing the type of yoga moves that BJJ practitioners augment their workouts with. But the fad in this country pisses me off to no end as you can probably tell, since it's being incorrectly hyped as a comprehensive workout.

Have you seen the yoga program on MadTV with Sage Hagen (Michael Macdonald)? Funny, funny stuff.

I may have, i've been watching a boatload of Mad TV on YouTube. Michael McDonald + Mo Collins - genius
There is a DVD called yoga for martial arts that I've seen advertised in Black Belt, but it wasn't very specific, ie i'd rather see "yoga for ground fighting" or "yoga for takedown defense" if any such thing exists."the qi of sprawl" lol

Idk how anyone cuts out all refined carbs, im working toward it but it's tough i.e. no chocolate? for days on end? AAAAAA

Yoga is good for you, and excellent to help prevent injury.

That said, you gotta be doing some other injury inducing activity to need Yoga to prevent said injury

Demian Maia may be the Fred Astaire of jiu-jitsu, but it’s too bad Silva is the Gene Kelly of kicking everyone’s ass.
