I think it all depends on your goal and where you wanna go in the sport. Like its already been said, your probably not gunna go pro in your time training in MMA. Your past your athletic prime.


Theres never an age where your just too old for the sake of your age. If your in decent enough shape that you can train an compete without frequent injury theres no problem!

I say go for it. Train your ass off, have fun. Just know your limit.
