Try submissions101.com. This is a great site with all free videos of different submissions. They have a ton of free videos all very well explained. You will probably spend hours there just watching.

Its not free, but I've heard good things about the Bas Rutten workout cd/dvd set at basrutten.tv. I plan on getting it myself but its a $50 purchase, so Im waiting for extra cash. I know most of his workouts dont require equipment at all.

ALSO! forgot, bjpenn.com has lots of free submission and fighting videos to teach you basics and up.
