I need some help big time.

Ok so wha happend is that my family is in some money troubles right now and training is a no no. It would be very nice if anyone could help me think if some at home training ideas. My only sources right now are some instructional DVD's, and maybe a standup heavy bag. Thanks in advance. I really need help.

dude, I don't want to wear out a good thing, but I'm gonna suggest a website that I followed when I was training solo. rosstraining.com is a great site with lots of creative, cheap, and easy ideas to make your home your gym. Really, I still find things around the house that I can make into some sort of functional training equipment. Check it out, take your time, and explore.

Unchain your heavy bag and start using that for workouts. Do front squats, shouldering, sumo squats, pick up the bag run then throw it, etc.. whatever you can think of. This will be one of the hardest workouts you can do.

BTW I also love rosstraining

if youre doing strength training, as in training for strenght not just for muscle mass, then try doing body weight exercises. there are a few websites that show some of the US gymnastics team's workouts and that stuff will give you retard strength. ill look around and see if i can find the page and link it here...

I'm not adding anything, merely quoting this as it is such good advice. Flipping the bag 180(or 360 if you can manage it) and catching it is another good idea.
