hi, what i want to say about weight loss in today's world, where everybody is getting conscious about looking good, it has become all the more necessary to keep oneself in shape. If you have a good figure, not only it enables you to flaunt your body, but also it helps in boosting your confidence level. For some people, obesity becomes a serious cause of concern, thus affecting their mental fitness.

There are several reasons as why some people are overweight. It is interesting to know that your metabolism rate has a major impact on your weight loss program. People with low metabolism have a hard time in losing weight because of their slow metabolism fat gets stored in their bodies. There are some people who suffer from the problem of hormonal imbalance, but one of the major causes of obesity in people is their unhealthy eating habits and inadequate exercising.

stick with aerobic exercises. they burn more calories and are the surest way to burn fat. also, how much muscle mass do you have? having a good amount of muscle will raise the number of calories you can burn because muscle is more metabolically active.

worst case scenario, if you really need help clearing a plateau get some CLA. you have to use it in conjunction with aerobic exercise, but it will help. you should get about 2-3k mg a day every day. you'll likely have to use it for 3-5 weeks before you really see anything because it takes a while to accumulate in your system. you can get it from a natural source, but the only natural sources come from grass fed cattle: beef, milk and dairy products. again, the source cattle have to be GRASS FED. its easy for me cause i raise my own, but generally what you get at the grocery is corn fed.

still, the easiest way is to just run more. and not on a treadmill. run outside!
Yes, corn is very bed, for humans and animals. I don`t mater if is organic or not.

Hi uprooted,
Keep consistent with your workout and do increase water intake. Do break your meals in 5/6 small meals including snacks and prefer raw food over processed food. Drink green tea and avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda.

You are doing well. You just need to keep patience in terms of losing weight. Try cutting on your intake of foods rich in Fats as well as Carbohydrates. Do not lose hope.
Best of Luck..

thanks for your help guys
If you're willing to spend money on supplements, I would recommend go seeing a specialist. Even if you won't get the instant results that you want, atleast it's better than seriously harming your body.
