This is beautiful, thanks guys. I weigh 184, but my stomach area and thighs are actually kind of pudgy. I'm really a thin-built frame, but I've been doing a lot more sitting. I'm starting to run more and get more into exercise, and you guys talking really helps me to figure a better diet than eating sandwiches at lunch and everything.
Would sit-ups after running help my stomach to go down? And avoiding mayonnaise and bread too?

Wight loose is so critical problem and people facing it. If you eat more calories than you burn then you gain weight. If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you lose weight. Running is the best way for losing weight because it is one of the easiest ways for burning calories. And due to this it is prefer by people.

Weight loss is the major problem most of them people, it is the best tips i think exercise daily go to the gym and diet is also very important role to the weight loss, swimming also very good to the weight loss and running is the most important part to the weight loss.

Running daily regularly is very effective to lose weight In addition to that you must make your daily diet plan and follow that Avoid oil things use boiled vegetables to gain energy.
