i wouldnt go the way of drugs
You cut bread out of your diet for a week and youll be surprised that you can actually lose like five pounds right there.Smaller meals every three or four hours gets your metabolism up and if your just trying to lose weight then cardio cardio cardio.
Why are you trying to get under 185 out of curiousity ?Because muscle weighs more than fat so you might be destroying muscle mass in the long run if your trying to get too low.

i don't necessarily need to lose weight to 185 i just still have alot of body fat on me... and ive been working out and running for about 4 months and my arms and chest are just starting to form... so 185 was just a figure more less...but like my stomach i have muscle under the fat..

Let me give you some advice on this one...Squats they work;Build your core strength and they build up cardio pretty good too.You want to burn fat then cardio works, but building muscle also burns fat.

No problem man.I get how it is.And believe me if it gets frustrating six pack has nothing to do with strength...But if you need a little trick.Drink some green tea.burns fat or its supposed to.

Are you doing any dieting? Try upping your vegetable and fruit intake and cutting your carbs as other have said.

I start the day with a Penn shake
Quaker oats, mixed berries, whole bananna, protein powder, 2 cups water. Blended

Lunch I eat meat and greens usually green beans and tuna or chicken

Dinner I eat salad with anykind of toppings I feel like.

This should completely change what fat gets burned in your system. I went from 194 to 174 in about 4-5 weeks. Eat vegetable first to take the edge off, eat anything else second, carbs should be had in wheat breads and pastas mostly. Only eat high amounts of fast acting carbs after workouts (rice, etc..)

Top 5:
BJ Penn
Forrest Griffin
Matt Hamil
Bas Rutten
Kenny Florian

DONT USE HYDROXYCUT!!!

it hasnt really worked since they took the ephedra out of it. now all you get is 180mg of caffeine per serving. caffeine can stay in your system for up to 24 hours... so by the end of the first week you'd have caffeine in your system equal to roughly a gallon of coffee or more.

stick with aerobic exercises. they burn more calories and are the surest way to burn fat. also, how much muscle mass do you have? having a good amount of muscle will raise the number of calories you can burn because muscle is more metabolically active.

worst case scenario, if you really need help clearing a plateau get some CLA. you have to use it in conjunction with aerobic exercise, but it will help. you should get about 2-3k mg a day every day. you'll likely have to use it for 3-5 weeks before you really see anything because it takes a while to accumulate in your system. you can get it from a natural source, but the only natural sources come from grass fed cattle: beef, milk and dairy products. again, the source cattle have to be GRASS FED. its easy for me cause i raise my own, but generally what you get at the grocery is corn fed.

still, the easiest way is to just run more. and not on a treadmill. run outside!
