Is this a decent recipe?
I'm try to eat complete as many people call it...I made this tonight and was wondering if it was alright as a meal.
a dash of shredded cheddar
some chopped onions
put on a low-fat tortilla
wrapped up like a burrito

It looks alright. I would add some meat, even though you have protein in the beans, you may want to increase muscle mass and recovery. I suggest chicken.
I may be stupid but isnt brown rice better for you, than white rice is?
