who needs drugs when you have diet and exercise

i'm on a strict diet and have been training next to every day for around a month now, and i feel great. during mid day i keep getting an insane adrenaline rush, its just a shame I'm usually in work at that time or I'd be having a workout on par with the hulk.

I've not really lost a whole lot of weight, but i can see the difference and i can tell that i'm a whole lot more confident now (especially with the ladies)

i was with my friend over the weekend, and he was struggling to get some cannabis, and he was very depressed after he couldn't get any. it made me realize that this new workout routine was probably the best decision i've ever made. the only real downfall is the occasional sore muscle, but thats fine because i know when the muscle repairs it'll get bigger and stronger

does anyone else feel great simply because of exercising? (especially the day after a big workout)

Thats great you found something that makes you feel that way.

I enjoy sparring, lifting, running and heavy bag sessions. It helps me let of steam and relax, but afterwards I typically feel like shit. Im tired, sore and out of energy.

Hell yeah, bro.
Just doing cardio and weight lifting in itself is a type of mental and physcial medicine. Since Im a college student, doing cardio everyday and weightlifting every other day helps keep my mental capacity running high and my stress level low. Plus, standing on the train when there are no more seats for 45+ minutes and then running/walking around to get to my classes on time throughout the day is a breeze lol.

The only thing I need are proteins after good workouts to help my muscles repair faster.
