Hey all a question about maltodextrin
Hi guys, I have been taking ON 100% Whey protein for about 3 months now and have seen a steady increase in my weight. I know I can't be massive in a short amount of time but I would like to further increase my body size as I still feel to lean. I already have a good workout it's just I was wondering about maltodextrin or anything else that can help increase my weight.
is maltodextrin dangerous at all? like can it increases chances of diabetes etc?
also if I buy it do I just get it in powder form? how much of it am I supposed to mix with my post workout ON 100% whey protein shake etc.
Answers would be greatly appreciated
