supplements dont make you big.
even steroids wont make you big if you arent working out properly.

High weight. Low reps. GO.

Evil will always triumph over good...

Because good is dumb.

^agree

focus on big free weight exercises. most importantly deadlifts and squats. also include push press, bench press, rows, pull ups, dips.

in addition, to get big you just need to eat big.. eat the right amount of protein, carbs, and fat.
if this is you: "not gaining :*( " just eat more(add a meal, bumb servings).. you can't cheat the laws of thermodynamics

forget most supplements, the ones you probably should include are: a multi vitamin, flax seed oil(most diets lack n3) and maybe creatine

no (idiot), hypertrophy does not break down the muscle.
and, breaking down muscles and building them are polar opposites

if you want to argue please bring in some valid points to support your argument

I didn't mean hypertrophy broke down the muscle, I meant to go onto another topic when I was talking about breaking down the muscle. And wtf does polar opposites mean?
