Any Help Needed

My name is David, I am looking to start working out, now that school is out for the summer,

Right Now i am 6'3, 250lbs, and well to put it bluntly not real muscular.

What are some ideas out there should i look at losing weight or just becoming fit, if so how much weight would be ideal to lose.

Also, what is the best/quickest way to start (ie what exercises, foods to eat(im not big on taking supplements and other drugs) but if you know of any natrual supplements that would benifit me let me know.

I have taken BJJ for a couple of months and i really want to get back into shape
