My Diet i just dont know what to do!!!

Hey im just starting MMA and at the moment i weight in the regions of 190 pounds or 88kg. i was wondering if someone would put a diet together for me, i want to compete in the heavy weight competition.
I also train 5 days a week 3 days weights and 2 days bag work and skipping and grapling. i was also wondering if a circuit would be useful for my weight sessions if not could you also post up a good workout programme for me! thanks for your time

Why the hell do you want to compete at HW? Thats ridiculous. You are probably at most a canidate for MW, more likely a WW.
