I've used Creatine Before and I got okay gains in certain areas.

Bottom line is all the gains go away after you use it. With the amount of money I was forking out to keep the gains wasn't worth it.

$40 for a bottle of Vitargo and I usually only gained 2 pounds off one bottle and it was all water weight. Afterwards losing the weight I got some unsightly stretch marks across my stomach. My muscles were soft like I was injecting synthol into them.

IMO, it's really not worth it.

My current diet and supplementation intake is just fine right now.

A buddy of mine at the gym said grabbing my shoulder is like grabbing a brick... Solid!

I never got that off creatine

I saw your pictures. Your built like a beast, I can see why he said your shoulders are like bricks.

Thanks man. You wouldn't believe how much money I wasted on supplements only to realize that the whole time the reason I was never packing on mass and getting stronger was I wasn't doing the right exercises.

Now for the most part I just stick to the basics.

Fish Oil
Whey Protein
Multivitamin
Pre Workout Energy.

No creatine
No Test Boosters
Nothing that looks too good to be true.
