Okay first off there are some things we all need to learn about Muscle Milk.
First of all is the constantly debated high fat content. The fats in Muscle Milk are primarily "Fat Burning Fats" or "Healthy Fats" they are not stored in the body.
Secondly, Muscle Milk is not as good as it used to be. The formula has changed. It used to have Micellar Casein Protein which is very slow digesting and is perfect before bed or in place of a meal
Lastly, Muscle Milk is more of a Meal Replacement Shake or Bedtime Shake. Which is why it has a high fat content. It does not contain enough Whey Isolate to be good enough for a Post Workout Shake and therefore I wouldn't recommend getting it at all.
If you are looking for a good meal replacement try VPX Zero Impact Meal Replacement packets.
If you are looking for a good Post Workout Shake look no further than ON 100% Whey Protein Isolate
Now about Creatine. Creatine is good for strength and mass gains as well as helping with recovery, however due to the Creatine gains being all water weight, when you halt the use of it, the gains will go away and ATP production will plummet as well as strength gains. Which is why I stay away from it. Like with Steroids or Prohormones you will never keep 100% of your gains even with good PCT.
It is not smart to remain on Creatine for a long period of time without a break of at least a month or two. It can take a toll on your liver and kidneys with prolonged use
