Ive got a thing of Creatine Mono, with results like that I might just start using it.

Okay first off there are some things we all need to learn about Muscle Milk.

First of all is the constantly debated high fat content. The fats in Muscle Milk are primarily "Fat Burning Fats" or "Healthy Fats" they are not stored in the body.

Secondly, Muscle Milk is not as good as it used to be. The formula has changed. It used to have Micellar Casein Protein which is very slow digesting and is perfect before bed or in place of a meal

Lastly, Muscle Milk is more of a Meal Replacement Shake or Bedtime Shake. Which is why it has a high fat content. It does not contain enough Whey Isolate to be good enough for a Post Workout Shake and therefore I wouldn't recommend getting it at all.

If you are looking for a good meal replacement try VPX Zero Impact Meal Replacement packets.

If you are looking for a good Post Workout Shake look no further than ON 100% Whey Protein Isolate

Now about Creatine. Creatine is good for strength and mass gains as well as helping with recovery, however due to the Creatine gains being all water weight, when you halt the use of it, the gains will go away and ATP production will plummet as well as strength gains. Which is why I stay away from it. Like with Steroids or Prohormones you will never keep 100% of your gains even with good PCT.

It is not smart to remain on Creatine for a long period of time without a break of at least a month or two. It can take a toll on your liver and kidneys with prolonged use

is it possible to take both or is that too much to take in at once. One just for good meal replacement and whey for night.

I just want something to build muscle because doing it natural will take very long in my case.

The VPX Meal Replacements can be taken in place of a meal or in between meals and before bed because it contain Micellar Casein which is slow digesting feeding your muscle for a long period of time rather than Whey which is very fast acting.

The 100% Whey should be taken upon waking and right after your workout. You can also take it an hour before your workout.

So it would be a good idea to get both.

The body can only absorb about 45 grams of protein in a single meal.

After workouts it can absorb about 45-60.

Please keep in mind to pack on serious muscle you need 1-1.5g of protein per pound of body weight everyday. So if you weigh 160lbs, you need 160+ grams of protein

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html

unfortunately the price of whey is not as cheap as it used to be. But a 5lbs tub of this 2 servings per day is a good deal.
