Nutrition Advice

I am starting my training next week, and I need major nutritional advice.

My eating habbits are horrid
And am in need of major help.

Any of you have any advice on what I should eat? Portion sizes? How often I should eat?? etc...

Even some sample meal plans would be super!

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

lean protein, complex carbs, cut back on alcohol if u drink, only eat when yr hungry, there is also a school of thought that says only eat till yr. 80% full then fill up w/water, couldn't hurt.
always nice to see other women on the forum.

I will get on the lean protein and complex carbs this weekend when I go grocery shopping.
So only 80% full and fill the rest with water...I'm going to have to work on that.

Don't eat ANY carbs after 6 PM, this will be a huge factor in your diet. Try to focus on eating lean proteins, veggies, fruits, and healthy carbs. NEVER eat white bread, white pasta, white anything; always choose wheat. Try to eat veggies at every meal. Stick to lots of fish, chicken, and lean beef. Also make sure to take a multi-vitamin every day

For the most part I stay away from it, but then that one day comes where it just sounds so good I have to have it. I'll check that article out.

This is true? I have heard the exact opposite numerous times aswell. Idk, carbs at all hours has never done me any damage, I eat them every night after I work out.
