Fill Out My Diet?

About two months ago I weighed around 180, and got disgusted with my fat self.

Now I'm 5'11 and weigh 145, over a 30 pound loss, but I can't lose any more.

I'm at around 8% body fat, want to be around 5%, but the weight wont fall off as easily.

So besides 2 boiled eggs a day, cereal, 2 things of 0 fat yogurt, and what ever is for supper, what else can I eat?

It's also hard trying to find thing to bring for lunch at school.

I also don't want to add much muscle mass, but I do want to get stronger by conditioning my muscles, so I can't afford to lose muscle in the process of losing weight.

Um y u wanna lose more weight??? At 5'11 and 145lbs u must be a pencil. I'm the same height, 7 bf% and weigh in at 180 and find myself a little too small for my liking. Do u wanna get ur bf% down just for the hell of it?

Dont mean to sound rude, but what you're eating just doesnt seem very healthy, if you exercise and eat properly you'll find yourself in fine shape.

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.

My ultimate goal is a Bruce-Lee like figure. I also have 2 protein shakes a day, so I think what I'm eating is healthy. It's just ultra low fat.

Weight: 145
Bench: 220
Body fat: 8%

You could get away with a little more fat, in the form of animal protein if yr trying to build more muscle for bruce lee-like definition and overall rippitude.

I bet u could google bruce lee's diet and training also, it'd be interesting to see what the little dragon was eating.

5'11 145? thats some crazy stuff man. I'm 5'9 145, and i'm skinny as shit. I guess for a diet, to loose more weight, i suggest less protein(if you don't want muscle mass), more fruit/vegg(nutrients), and choke water(everybody needs water)...as for carbs, eat when ur hungry, stop when ur full.

When I do cut weight for wrestling/judo, my diet would be chicken broth, salad, and water for a week, it'll drop about 5 pounds easy. I'd go from 145, down to 138.5ish, then seat out the rest.

Try doing BJJ or Submission Grappling with a GI. You will lose a great amount of weight.

Also don't be afraid to get a little fat now and then.

Also get a lot of Fruits and Vegetables in your diet. Fruits like Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Apples, Oranges, and Grapefruits.

Make sure though that if you eat vegetables in a salad, don't drown it in dressing. You'll be defeating the purpose. Use as little as possible.

Vinegarette Dressing is better for you. Stuff like Cesar, Ranch or Thousand Island is loaded with Fat and Cholesterol.

Try to avoid processed food.

If you don't already take a Fish Oil, Omega 3 or Vitamin C supplement you might want to think about that too.

Hope this helps

excellent advice from spaw447. berries have the most vitamins and antioxidants of any fruit and fish oil is good 4 your heart, there are also some studies which indicate it may help elevate and stabilize mood.

Do cardio. Drink more water. Eat LEAN protein. Eat lots of vegetables, especially green ones. Eat spinach salads with blueberries. Eat oatmeal and eggs for breakfast. Snack on things like almonds, peanut butter, cottage cheese, fruits, veggies, etc. Also take a multivitamin and fish-oil

What a stud
