5'11 145? thats some crazy stuff man. I'm 5'9 145, and i'm skinny as shit. I guess for a diet, to loose more weight, i suggest less protein(if you don't want muscle mass), more fruit/vegg(nutrients), and choke water(everybody needs water)...as for carbs, eat when ur hungry, stop when ur full.
When I do cut weight for wrestling/judo, my diet would be chicken broth, salad, and water for a week, it'll drop about 5 pounds easy. I'd go from 145, down to 138.5ish, then seat out the rest.
