Is there anyone out there that is willing to create an eating plan for me? Now im not talking starvation plans, im talking about a healthy nutritional plan to help me on my way to losing weight (at the moment i'm built for comfort, not speed if you know what i mean!)
I am just getting back into the exercise routine, running about 12-16 miles a week and hopefully 6-8 hrs bjj, and would love some help in getting a plan to back this up.
I am willing to return a favour.. so custom gif's/avatars are on offer (they arent pro, but pretty good!) - or any other pc related stuff.
