I have a few questions for you guys. I'm currectly around 140 pounds, and I'm 5'8" in height. I lift alot, because I'm trying to build up alot more muscle. I've gotten a bit bigger since mid febuary, so it's working out alright. From what I know, muscle ways more then fat, correct? Well, I would really like to gain about another 20 pounds or so. I feel that I'm a bit to skinny then what I'd like to be. I was wondering how I can gain weight, but still stay in descent shape. I wanna still keep in 'tight' shape also, so I know I'll have to keep up with my weightlifting and running a bit.
Sorry if it sounds a bit complicating, but I don't know how else to put it at the moment.
