Cardio Fight Training.

Just a quick question, how long before a fight do you think one should start training? As far as getting into good cardio shape. Should intense Cardio work outs start about a month before the fight or longer?

Train for 1-2 years in MMA, standup, wrestling, BJJ

Then I would say training FOR a fight like 4-6weeks

A good 2-4 months is a good amount of time to train leading up to a bout.

1-3 years of training should be done before your first fight (depending on your learning curve and how quickly you catch on)
