Talking Helping Out A Friends. Well.. Asking For Your Help.

Hey guys, another question, but this one's for a friend. He's currently 315lbs. at 6'4", and he wants to lose weight, and convert some of it into muscle. He dosn't know where to start right now. He wants to drop at the very least 25 pounds, but he's like to drop about 50lbs. If there are any suggestions then please feel free to speak, this way I tell him, or just have him read what you guys wrote

No offense taken for any critisism. (I can't spell )
