Lookin to start

hey im lookin to get into a training routine at a legitimate gym that specializes in MMA. I'm not just being niave and talkin big, Ive wanted to start for a long time and now my lifestyle has room for it. I've never really boxed, but i have lots of grappling experience, and learn/apply new techniques very easily. Any pointers on where to start out?

Honestly, you really gave us nothing to work with in terms of information about your status right now that would help develop a routine.

What kind of shape are you in? What diet?

How old are you? (yes, it matters)

What do you mean when you say "lots of grappling experience?"

Give me that and I'll see what I can do.
