Stryker has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Unhappy 1 month....

i have about one month to lose the rest of my flab ive got about 10-15 extra pounds of flab around my stomach and lower back. i need to lose that in a month. ive been lifting every other day because i would also like to try and get stronger. i run everyday and swim almost every day. i do conditioning drills such as burpees and jumping jacks and such. will these things combined with a good diet help me lose that weight in the time given? im going for the six-pack here lol. all help is appreciated.

thanks

a multivitamin and fish oil, also extra C to help you rebuild and add on to the muscle you're tearing up with your workouts.

What is your diet like? You'll need to cut back your caloric intake by about 1/3. 4-5 small meals a day, each with some protein. Stay away from Carbs, sugars, etc.

From what i've read you need 8% body fat or less to get that real cut up look goin. Might be worth havin checked then you can really get scientific about your diet if you're so inclined. Hope that helps. Cheers - Dan

i usually have a bowl of special k in the morning wit skim milk. a snack such as apples or another fruit. lunch is either chicken or salad. another snack of something like assorted nuts or nut bars. dinner is usually a salad with ham and roast beef slices in it. i occasionally eat sandwiches but i try to use whole wheat bagels instead of bread because it has slightly more protein.

i lift everyday but i do upper body mon, wed, and fri. upper body include shoulders, biceps, triceps, traps, back, and abs. tues. thurs. and sat. i do lower body (quads, calves, hamstrings) everyday i try and do some sort of cardio. (running, jump rope) everyday i do ultimate burpees, usually a set of 10-15 in btw. lifting exercises. but lately this regiment has been difficult because i have school and work almost everyday, but i only have like 3 more days of school, so it should be easier in the summer.

couldn't hurt to increase yr. cardio a little since you want to accomplish this in a short period of time. Also special K doesn't have that much fiber compared to something like kashi golean, i' d look into a cereal with more fiber and some protein.
