i lift everyday but i do upper body mon, wed, and fri. upper body include shoulders, biceps, triceps, traps, back, and abs. tues. thurs. and sat. i do lower body (quads, calves, hamstrings) everyday i try and do some sort of cardio. (running, jump rope) everyday i do ultimate burpees, usually a set of 10-15 in btw. lifting exercises. but lately this regiment has been difficult because i have school and work almost everyday, but i only have like 3 more days of school, so it should be easier in the summer.
