Search "plyometrics" on the internet, you can do alot of them at home by yourself. Also you have simple things like:
jump and sprawls
double unders (jump rope)
you can do like 100 of each of those (10 things) and its call 1000's, do them all straight through without stopping. Its a good little workout then you can shadow box, jump rope, run etc afterwards. I could give you an entire months workout plan with each day being different (but that would take forever to write!), your gym could also do the same so do what I did and jump right in to training.
