im more or less new to lifting i have been going for a few weeks now an i just wanted to know what ur work outs are?
I usually do:
Back and bi
chest and tri
and legs
but i have noticed when i am doing chest and tri benching and such it also works my tris alot when im working my chest out so when i go to work on my tri's they are already tired so i dont lift as much on both. I was just wondering what your combinations were and if that was ok.
