need help with diet
Hi guys need advice losing weight...
iv dieted for 2 weeks and lost weight on the scales but no body fat what do you think i am doing wrong?
my diet was 1000-1200 calroies a day, do you think maybe i didnt give it enough time for the body fat to come off?
im not sure where the weight loss came from, maybe water. but since i have lost no body fat when i go back to eating normally the weight returns to normal.
my diet was the following
breakfast, whey protien shake - 200 calories
lunch, whey protien shake - 200 calories
dinner - 800 calorie meal
guys i need advice i am new to this, i used to be able to lose weight just excercising but now it doesnt seem to come off!
im 6ft, and 93kg
im looking to get down to about 80kg but i want to cut bodyfat more than anything else.
