My Protein shake:

One Scoop Whey Protein Isolate = 35g protein/125 cal.
Half Scoop Weight Gainer (Quick Mass) = 7g protein/125 cal.
One teaspoon Glutamine = 5g (great buy, really helps recovery time)

Equals up to... +40g of protein, 250 Calories.

its a good mix of protein and calories.

NO - XPLODE is rather good for giving you the proper energy & pump you need for your upcoming, grueling workout. Sometimes I'll bring my GNC Nutrition mini water bottle/blender with me and throw a scoop of Respect vanilla protein in there and mix it with 8 oz of water.

Post workout, I usually go with 16 oz of skim milk, 2 scoops of Chocolate Respect Protein, three scoops of peanut butter, and two slices of a bananna. Delicious :D

preworkout I take Noexplode but I plan on buying white flood I believe its called due to what someone on this forum told me, with 2 capsules of glutamines.

postworkout i take 2 scoops of ON whey protien with 2 capsules of glutamines and a scoop of casein protien. in 16 oz of milk, whatever kind is in fridge. its really tasty too.
