ok im 37 i love MMA im not going to go out and fight but you all have got great shape and good cardio. i have 3 kids and i need to get in shape to keep up with them. can you give me some work out tips on cutting some fat loosing some weight and toning a little bit ? i have to watch my food intake i am diabetic so if someone could give me some tips i would love it
