losing fat weight

I would like to find out if i'm capable of losing 10 kg of fat from my body (doesn't matter in how long time). Is sweating in sauna suit the best way? Cuz i've read it's very temporary.
I was thinking about going to sauna 3 times a week before eating any meals. Will that fork for me?

Unless you got like 5% body fat anyone can lose a few Lbs of fat. But you may exprience some muscle loss as well if you do not carefully structure you workout program.
dehydrating yourself in the sauna will make you lose some fat, cos each fat molecule is 3 parts water to one part fat (think thats about right). So your body will naturally break down some fat to replace the lost water. But most of the weight you lose will be water weight and you will put this weight back on pretty quickly. Best way to lose fat more permanently is cardio sessions before breakfast. Have a warm drink before you start to get metabolism going and then exercise for over 45 mins, as your body doesn't really start burning fat efficiently till after 40 mins of exercise. (although this starts quicker in the morning cos you have fewer immediate energy stores than after you've eaten)

But any intense exercise over long periods, performed reguraly will speed up your metabolism over time so you will become more effective at burning off fat the more exercise you do. Trying to lose fat in the sauna is painful, kind of lazy and will not yeild the long term results seem to be looking for. Cardio - jogging, rowing, swimming and high intensity weight circuits are your best bets. The weight sets should help you maintain muscle mass while you trying to cut the fat.

Cutting weight in a sauna is all water weight not fat.

Try doing HIIT, eating lots of greens and fruits (berries) and get some CLA and Fish Oil. It takes a while to work but it does work.

Losing fat and weight in general all depends on your diet and exercise program.

to prevent losing muscle mass you have to do some form of resistance training (i.e. weight lifting). you should make a workout routine which targets all the major muscle groups.

heres a site which has some good routines, if your not an experienced lifter

your diet is very important as well, id say its more important than the exercise itself. you'll want to cut out all the fatty foods from your diet, things like crisps, chocolate, chips etc. a great way of cutting down unneeded calories is to replace all your drinks with water. water has no calories at all, and its exactly what the body needs for hydration.

the best foods to eat are rice, oatmeal, vegetables, fruit, and lean meats like chicken breasts and tuna.

metabolism is important in breaking down fats. in order to speed up your metabolism you'll want to eat 5-6 meals a day. i know 5-6 meals sounds like alot, but they should be small meals, over 3 big meals a day.

don't expect to lose the weight instantly either. you may not notice much difference at first, but just keep at it and within a couple of months you'll be a thinner healthier you!

One of the best ways I have found to prevent muscle loss is to start your workouts with a good dosage of protein in your system already. Myself, I am trying to prevent getting any bigger through strength training as it will hinder my performance as an endurance athlete. Having said that, I still do not want to undo the work I put in on the weights from my body cannibalizing my muscle.

How I prevent it is by having protein in my system during workouts, especially before my cardio and endurance routines. An hour before a workout I consume mostly vegetable proteins and some whole grain protein. With that in your blood, you body will burn that off instead of taking protein from your muscle. I save the whey for after the workout.

Hope that helps.

Hmm I've always thought long distance running was the best way to cut down whereas HIIT was more for performance/cardio.

Long distance will also burn muscle, and is completely unavoidable.

Unless you make a lot of stops to refuel and take breaks, but if you do that, then you aren't really doing long distance running.
