Becoming more flexible
I am trying to become more flexible. I was just wondering are there any specific workouts that are tailored to becoming more flexible? Or is stretching the only thing? Also, what stretches do the best job? How long should I hold the stretch for? I really have never stretched just to become flexible, so I am wondering if it is a big difference from pre-workout stretching. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
