Weight loss diet plan, is mine any good?
So, Ive really gotten into MMA and Im thinking of maybe starting to take some boxing classes, join wrestling, and such. The thing is, im a fatty. So I decided to start a diet to lose weight. Im not ridiculously overweight, but I can definitely lose some pounds. Im 5'8, and I weigh about 175.
I came up with a simple idea for my diet. Tuna, Lentils, . When I wake up, I usually wait about 30 till I eat my first meal of the day. Ill eat some healthy cereal with skim milk depending on what i got. Either granolla with like some honey or this Total Wheat flakes (which tastes like tree bark btw). I then, after every 4 hours will eat another meal, but not as big as the breakfast. For each meal, ill decide on eating a serving of tuna with a piece of bread/random raw veggies, a bowl of lentils, or somthing Involving plain chicken breasts. I also have 1 snack a day which consists either of a Carrot or an apple.
Im trying to eat a Diet that will mainly help me lose weight, but also aid with Weight lifting (not to get bulk and huge, but to get stronger). So, what can I do differently with my diet to help?
