is there an age for when you should start taking protein?
ok so my cousin is 12 and he likes to train but he only does bodyweight exercises. so the other day he asked me if he could take protein shakes well to tell u the truth i didnt know what to tell him i just told him id check.
so here are the questions:
1:is there an age limit for when you should start taking protein?
2:i heard that if u take protein and dont use it it will store into fat.so if hes only doing bodyweight exercises will it be enough?
3:how much should he take?he weighs about 95-100 pounds
