You're still growing and have a super high motabolism. There are loads of people who simply can't put on weight no matter what until they finish growing. You're not unhealthyly skinny, so just wait. Talk to me in 10 years if you still can't put weight on.

If you wanna gain more weight you need to eat more calories. You need to be eating at least 3,500 calories EVERY day. What's your diet/workout look like?

What a stud

Diet consists of eating what i want when i want (which just happens to be everything all the time) I try to do as little as possible. The only "workout" that i get is working around the house (taking care of goats, restoring my Pinto, household chores), and my MMA class on Mondays and Wednesdays. And by god im sure i eat wayyyyy more then 3,500 cal. a day.

Just because you're getting over 3500 calories doesn't mean the calories your taking in are good. If your eating Pizza, Koffee Cakes and drinking energy drinks your not helping your case at all.

You need to be eating a lot of Complex Carbs. Potatoes, Brown Rice, Pasta, Rolled Oats etc.

Each Meal you eat needs to have a balance of Protein, Carbs and Fats. In that order.

Don't be afraid to get fat in your diet. You NEED Fats.

Trust me I have the same problem. You just need to stay focused and try to eat as clean as possible.

Also you shouldn't be up @ 3am eating and posting online. Sleep is also vital to growth

If you need further assistance in meal planning, supplements or creating better workouts go to

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/

or

http://anabolicminds.com/forum/

you should get all the help you need there.

And if you're not 22 than how old are you. This could also explain some things. If you are only 16 your body is still growing. You just need to give it time

If you have ADHD like I do this could also be a reason why. Get some GABA and L-Tryptophan along with a Multi, Fish Oil (with a good amount of DHA), and a Weight Gainer

Uh, I'm pretty sure diet isn't his main problem here lol.

Taking care of goats is not going to get you big, you need to be lifting weights, liting heavy and making gains in the weight you put up.

Join a gym or buy some weights, a bench and a squat rack.
