Just because you're getting over 3500 calories doesn't mean the calories your taking in are good. If your eating Pizza, Koffee Cakes and drinking energy drinks your not helping your case at all.
You need to be eating a lot of Complex Carbs. Potatoes, Brown Rice, Pasta, Rolled Oats etc.
Each Meal you eat needs to have a balance of Protein, Carbs and Fats. In that order.
Don't be afraid to get fat in your diet. You NEED Fats.
Trust me I have the same problem. You just need to stay focused and try to eat as clean as possible.
Also you shouldn't be up @ 3am eating and posting online. Sleep is also vital to growth

And if you're not 22 than how old are you. This could also explain some things. If you are only 16 your body is still growing. You just need to give it time
