The desire to Lift and Train is something you either have or you don't. If you need to go out of your way to find motivation than training must not be very important

That stuff is crap...... Tastes like asshole.


If you have to rely on supplementation to get you motivated then you shouldn't be training for that reason either.

I never said i have to rely on a supplement to get me motivated im just saying it helps. And sure it doesnt taste too great but if ur serious enough you'll sacrifice a little taste to help you train harder.

Im really competitive, so in the gym when someone is doing something better than me or heavier then or what not it always pushes me. Or when I lose a wrestling match I always push myself harder the next time I hit the mats. I watch a lot of out highlight reels on youtube as well, man those things get me motivated as hell. Plus like someone said earlier, simply training for the purpose of training is great, you can see and feel yourself getting better at what youre doing, whether it be weight training, boxing, wrestling, or any martial art. Just go bust your tail training and those endorphins will make you feel good

I train hard so I don't get my ass beat. Best motivation I've ever had was my first loss.

My motivation is when I see the guys at my gym lifting more than me, I get really competitive.

Also the guys on steroids that are at the gym (you can usually tell who is) they motivate me to train harder when I think about taking the easy way out (using steroids or Prohormones)

Listen to music that will pump you up. Sounds simple, but it works. You can run longer and lift more while listening to music....so thats a no-brainer to me.
