Im really competitive, so in the gym when someone is doing something better than me or heavier then or what not it always pushes me. Or when I lose a wrestling match I always push myself harder the next time I hit the mats. I watch a lot of out highlight reels on youtube as well, man those things get me motivated as hell. Plus like someone said earlier, simply training for the purpose of training is great, you can see and feel yourself getting better at what youre doing, whether it be weight training, boxing, wrestling, or any martial art. Just go bust your tail training and those endorphins will make you feel good
