ok guys one of my friends is really skinny and is trying to get into mma but also wants to get bigger and stronger. he has a heart condition that prevents him from lifting heavy weights. i told him to get stronger he needs to do bodyweight exercises and variations of those such as dips, push ups, pull ups, sit ups and such. i also referred him to
