
im confused lol i dunno where to start but here is what i am doing as of now to get in shape for school sports if anyone can help me with it, it would be greatly appreciated
Mon: Sit ups x50, Crunches x50, Push ups x20 x2, Bench 35 Pounds as much as i can do x3, Jogging 15 minutes, Plus hours of walking around town with my friends
Tue: Same as monday, No Jogging
Wed: Rest Day
Thu: Same as Monday
Fri: Same as Monday, No Jogging
Sat: Same as Monday
Sun: Rest Day
So can anyone guide me to a better workout guide with the notice that school is with in less then a month and i plan to do this till school starts and then some into the year as i workout at school also
